Our Manifesto comes from informed professionals encouraging positive change

  1. Acknowledge the importance of Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) and appreciate the value of investing in the ECEC profession.

  2. Recognise that professional development is a continuum, from support for unqualified assistants to doctoral level study.

  3. Acknowledge and celebrate the specialist knowledge base which underpins high quality professional practice.

  4. Celebrate and promote diversity at all levels of the ECEC workforce
